Requesting an Astro Savegame 

1. Join Discord.gg/AstroARK
2. Buy a savegame request from our Shop
3. Wait up to 10 min to receive the Discord role
4. Create a "Savegame Request" ticket in #🎫・support (At the latest 2 days after the purchase)
5. We will contact you 1-3 days after the end of the season to provide the savegame.
6. If shop tickets are opened more than two days after the requested date, we can only provide savegames from the end of the season.

Information

• We will contact you 1-3 days after the end of the season to provide the savegame.
• A savegame is NOT allowed to be passed on! (You can get banned for this)
• Only one savegame will be provided per payment.
• Changing the map / season / phase is only possible as long as we have NOT given a savegame.
